Throughout their careers, Dentists may pursue opportunities to practice in other provinces or countries.

To facilitate this process, the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (CDSA) can provide official documentation directly to the relevant jurisdiction, with the registrant’s consent.

The Documents of Standing are for current or previous registrants of the CDSA. There is an administration fee for each individual request. Please note, multiple jurisdiction requests cannot be counted as one submission.

Document Requests can be made through the Registrant Portal. Once logged in, look under the main menu. Under Requests, select Document Requests.
