Practice Visits are a component of the Health Professions Act, the Dentists Profession Regulation, and the Continuing Competence Program. Practice Visits are not part of the Disciplinary Process. They are professional visits designed to assist dentists in improving their competency. Practice Visits are supportive in a preventive, educational and pro-active manner.
