Have a question about the complaint process or concerns about a recent dental treatment?

The CDSA’s Professional Conduct Department (PCD) is available to assist you in learning what your options are to address your concerns about an Alberta dentist. Contacting the PCD before you submit a formal complaint allows you to discuss your concern or complaint, and any questions you may have about the process.

It is the role of the CDSA to be accessible to the public to respond to and resolve concerns about regulated dentists in Alberta. The College does not provide diagnosis, referrals, treatment or practitioner recommendations.

Speak to someone from the CDSA’s Professional Conduct Department by phone: 1-833-576-8899
Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
