Upon review and deliberation of the Registrations Committee, if a decision is reached to decline an application for registration the applicant may request a review of the Registration committee’s decision within 30 days of receiving the Notice of Decision ( HPA section 31).
To request a review of an application decision the requestor must:
- Provide the request in writing to the Registrar,
- Set out the reasons why the application for registration should be approved with or without conditions, and
- Pay the $5,000 Application Review cost, per the CDSA Permit Fee Structure.
Re-application may be considered in the future.
